If you’re anything like me, you’re always on the lookout for ways to keep the kids entertained, especially when the Manila heat starts to get a little too intense. We recently visited Wetpark Adventure Lagoon in Venice Grand Canal, McKinley Hill for the second time, and I realized I never actually shared our experience from our first visit! So indulge me in this, ok?

It’s truly the perfect “urban escape” for families who want a quick, refreshing splash without needing to head out of town. Located right on the 3rd floor of the Venice Grand Canal Mall, Wetpark is the Philippines’ first and only indoor aqua playground. Being indoors is a total game-changer. You get all the fun of a water park—pirate-themed slides, splash zones, and endless water play, without the scorching sun or worrying about unpredictable weather.

Even with other families around, the place feels impressively spacious. It’s designed to handle a good crowd, so even when it’s busy, you never feel like you’re bumping into everyone. It’s honestly so big that you can easily find your own little corner of fun.

Here’s some tips to make your visit smoother.

1. Important Attire Rules These is non-negotiable for hygiene and safety – Aside from proper swimwear, everyone must wear swim caps. Swim Shoes/Aqua Socks are required, and for good reason—it’s a water park, so floors can get slippery!

Tip: If you forget yours, don’t panic. They have them available for rent at PHP 200 each set.

2. Booking Your Slot To keep the park clean and comfortable, they operate in strictly timed 3-hour sessions. They sanitize the entire area between each session, which is great for peace of mind. Time Slots: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM/2:30 PM – 5:30 PM/6:00 PM – 9:00 PM(Note: There are days when they are closed for the session or day, so better check their social media for updates)

Weekdays: ₱588
Weekends/Holidays: ₱688

The water play is incredibly fun, and I’ve always found it safe for the kids. However, just like in any pool or playground, keep your eyes on your little ones at all times. The staff is great, but there’s no substitute for a parent’s watchful eye. It’s the perfect time to put your phone away (after grabbing a few photos, of course!) and actually jump in and play alongside them. We honestly had such a blast both times we went. There’s something so rewarding about seeing the kids burn off all that energy in the water while we stay cool and dry (if we want to!) or just join in the laughter.
