Sharing with you here all the shows you shouldn’t miss when visiting the Hong Kong park!
Happiest Birthday Celebration

Are you celebrating your birthday? If so, come and kick off your birthday celebration with a “Happiest Birthday Celebration” by your favorite Disney friends – Mickey Mouse, Minnie, Mouse Donald Duck, Daisy Duck and Goofy as they sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to YOU!

Mickey and Friends Street Celebration
📍 Main Street, U. S. A.
The Mickey and Friends Street Celebration is a train parade that was launched just last month, the 1st of March 2023. It officially kicked off the Disney100 celebrations at the Hong Kong park, joining the worldwide celebrations of The Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary. Dressed in their new platinum OOTDs, Mickey, Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Donald, Daisy and Chip N Dale leads the pack as they bring all the magic down the Main Street, U. S. A.. It would feature more Disney characters and performers that does not appear much in the original Mickey and Friends Celebration Parade that was launched in the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. The street celebration now includes Disney Princesses like Rapunzel, Merida, Ariel and Moana, Winnie the Pooh and Piglet, Timon and Rafiki, Carl Fredricksen and Russel, Duffy the Disney Bear and his friends ShellieMay, Gelatoni, ‘Olu Mel, LinaBell, StellaLou and CookieAnn. This would also be the first ever parade in Hong Kong Disneyland where we would see Oswald the Lucky Rabbit.

Follow Your Dreams
📍 Castle of Magical Dreams
First-of-its-kind, live outdoor musical party staged at the Castle of Magical Dreams debuted in 2021 as Hong Kong Disneyland celebrated its 15th/16th anniversary. It somewhat symbolizes a new chapter of the park as it was also the time when they Castle of Magical Dreams opened. The 20-minute stage show also debuted “Follow Your Dreams“, the theme song as Mickey and friends performs it with musical performers and dancers from around the world. They are also joined by Moana, Pocahontas, Elsa, Zootopia’s Nick and Judy as well as Coco’s Miguel. Follow your dreams encourages parks goers to never give up and to follow their dreams.

Moana: A Homecoming Celebration
📍 Jungle Junction, Adventureland
A live-interactive show based on the film, Moana that is full of music, dancing, puppetry and storytelling. Moana recounts her adventures after she restored the heart of Te Fiti to her fellow villages in Motonui. Moana: A Homecoming Celebration is the first that was launched among the attractions of Hong Kong Disneyland’s multi-year expansion which also includes the Castle of Magical Dreams, Stark Expo and Arendelle: World of Frozen.

Stellalou’s Wonderful Wishes Ballet
📍 Mickey’s Storybook Theater, Fantasyland
StellaLou’s dream came true as she was able to fulfill her greatest wish to perform on stage in the Storybook Threater in a performance entitled “StellaLou Dream Dance” with the Hong Kong Ballet. In it, with full support are her friends, Duffy, LinaBell and Gelatoni. Come and witness StellaLou achieve her life long ambition and don’t forget to show your encouragement with a big applause!

Festival of the Lion King
📍 Theatre in the Wild, Adventureland
A live-musical production in Hong Kong Disneyland, retelling the story of the Lion King through music and dance with the songs from the film itself. The theater is in a circular shape with four different sections themed to a specific animal and is accompanied by a parade-style float. story teller that would symbolize Simba is the one re-telling of the story of Simba’s life from a cub to the current king of the Pridelands. Simba himself represented by a large, elaborate puppet on the “lion” float, that may seem look like Pride Rock.

Momentous Nighttime Spectacular
📍 Castle of Magical Dreams
The Most Magical Show on Earth is the much-anticipated show that will illuminate the night sky for 20 minutes of music and magical moments in the world of Disney. Set sail on a journey of life with the Disney characters, through a musical storytelling and multi-sensory effects that brings the castle to life. Be ready to get mesmerized and don’t forget your hanky to wipe down your tears, as you love your memory. Momentous was launched in June 2022.
