Ever wonder how one starts a business? Did you ever dreamt of owning one? How things happen in the background? How things happen upfront? Did you know that starting up your own business isn’t as easy as 1-2-3? There is more to it than just selling. Starting up your own business ventures always starts with an idea, a need and your passion to pursue it and make your dream a reality.
Coco and I went to the newest place to bring kids, that even kids-at-heart can enjoy – Dream Lab – The biggest business simulation playground in the world! Definitely, woke up my sleeping entrepreneurial heart. ICYDK, I graduated Entrepreneurship at Thames International Business School and most of my mom life, I have been baby-ing my little ventures which includes Lil Dudes Only. Coco was exposed to all things business, since we were always together and I am so glad that we were able to do this together and immerse him to a lot more possibilities.
The Philippine Amusement & Entertainment Corporation (PAEC) is the creator and management team of the highly patronized educational-leisure attractions and venues in the Philippines such as Foodwanderer x Lakbay Museo, Tales of Illumina, Selfielicious, Apogee Events+Lifestyle and Limon MNL. Dream Lab is a 4,000 SQM playground of dreamers where entrepreneurs are born. It showcases different business experimental activities and is composed of 2 cities – DreamVille and Wunderville.
Opening its door to the public on October 14, 2022, I urge you to visit and experience it too! It will not only encourage you to dream and pursue it. But also show you that there is more to the business than just selling. It takes a village to build a dream, too!
What’s in store for you? In each area, one would learn business-related ideals – whether in creating your own linen spray or planting your own produce, the Lab Ninjas are here to assist you in every way. Here are the foundational agencies required to start your business:

Department of Labor and Employment is where one will learn the responsibilities of both the employers and employees to make sure that there will be a harmonious relationship in your business. There are also fun activities here like magnetic sticks and jumbled letters that will train your child’s mind and body coordination.
Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is the one responsible for the registration of your business name. Learn the value of having security seals and codes in your product packaging to protect your own business.
