Since we are still in the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the most important requirement when traveling, especially if abroad is a Negative RT-PCR test, taken at least 48 hours before your flight.

When I asked for tips in one of the groups I belong to, the requirements that I need for when I was looking for where to do our RT-PCR were: 1) Accepts credit card payment, 2) Near Bonifacio Global City, 3) tried and tested with its reliability, delivery of results and 4) possibly cheaper. All of these I got with Singapore Diagnostics.

We didn’t have to book for an appointment. They accept walk in as early as 7AM and their center closes at 6PM. We were supposedly coming in exactly 48 hours before the flight, right before their center closes,. But we chose to come in the morning instead as we worry that our flight might be delayed and when we arrive HK, the RT-PCR might have lapse already. We had ours 30+ hours before the flight and we received our negative results via e-mail 9 hours after.

The center was clean and they do the procedure in a small room. The medical staff was gentle, especially with Coco, since it was his first time to do an RT-PCR test.

RT-PCR is Php2,100 per pax, but for my mom with her Senior Citizen discount is Php1,680. You can also book them for home service with an additional Php1,300.
