It was a perfect Saturdate, not only because I was with great company but because of the great food we were able to enjoy! To say the food was great is an understatement. Illo’s Home Weekend All-Day Buffet is exceptional! 5 stars perhaps!

I’m quite sure you are familiar with Illo’s or you’ve heard raves about their good food in the last few years. I, myself have seen celebs post about Illo’s Party Trays and I’ve been craving for their food since then. Illo’s Party Trays dates back in 2019, right before the pandemic. The founders, Chef N and Anne started it from the couple’s make-shift kitchen, 2 employees (which were their long time house helps), determination, passion and love for good food.

The pandemic didn’t hinder them to continue what they have started. They took it as an opportunity to build on their value proposition – true to their mantra – for families to dine at home and celebrate life every day. They launched their “Dine At Home”, “Celebrate at Home”, and “Date At Home” concepts to encourage and ensure meaningful celebrations can continue despite the fact that we are in a pandemic. They also were able to introduce Gourmet Party Boxes for virtual parties, which served hotel quality food in a box. They deliver food trays to anywhere in Metro Manila, to CaLaBaRZon (some parts of Quezon), Bulacan and some parts of Pampanga.

Fast forward to 2022, Illo’s is still growing from 4 people to over a hundred working their way to provide good food. They’ve also moved on from the make-shift kitchen to three commissaries in Paranaque, Greenhills and Dasmarinas, Cavite. They’ve also gone viral as they’ve penetrated the showbiz niche giving them the status, “Party Trays of the Stars”! Illo’s team never stopped working hard, because as our lives has been living in this “new normal”, they opened its first dine-in restaurant in February 2022 – Illo’s Home at BF Homes, Paranaque. Following up with another Illo’s Home at Greenhills Elan Hotel. And this is where are at now.

Illo’s Home offers exceptional food experience from its wide selections of international and local cuisines. It pride itself for its excellent service, food quality and value for money. Illo’s Greenhills Elan Hotel Branch has this elegant yet homey ambiance. It is like seeing an old friend after many years.

Don’t get me started with the food. Scrumptious as it is meant to be. It its the kare-kare, seafood paella, baked salmon, and baked penne for me! Don’t get me wrong. I tasted them all and I loved them all. But these are my top 4 favorite! I’ve been dreaming of these since I tried them. Sharing with you all the pictures I took that don’t do justice on how delicious they all are.

Right. It has been a nightmare these days. I’ve been craving and wanting to visit Illo’s Home again. Haha! You know, despite how many times I tell you how it is worth a try, it is not enough! You MUST visit. You must NOT MISS Illo’s Home Weekend All-day Buffet every Friday-Sunday! For only Php1,200, you get to experience home like you’ve never experienced it before.

I swear, tipong masasabi mo na you’ve been missing half of your life if you haven’t tried Illo’s Party Trays. But you know what’s so great?
