With a Sunset Session, crowd favorites, RACKS and Tenya have opened their latest branches “By the Bay” as both restaurant brands look forward to the future. Both are eager to take advantage of this expansion as an opportunity to elevate the company and its customers to greater heights.

The event was attended by Cavallino Inc. Chairman Leo Prieto Jr., President Chiqui Prieto, Managing Director Chukri Prieto, General Manager Iggy Ramos, Director for Operations Denise Ramos, and Director for IT Andres Marquez.

According to Cavallino Inc. Managing Director Chukri Prieto, “For both brands, we consider MOA to be our flagship location. We want our brands to be available to more families who want authentic food and quality service, as SM MOA is regarded as the go-to spot for many Filipinos who enjoy leisure and quality time with their loved ones.”

He went on to say that both companies have had a tremendous impact on Filipino families’ lives. Tenya, the number one tempura tendon restaurant in Japan, on the other hand, has spent years honing its recipes and has enjoyed a strong brand heritage and global reputation of serving authentic and excellent Japanese tempura dishes at reasonable prices. “Aside from the unique choices that each brand offers, the surprises we have in store for them are what keep customers coming back.” General Manager Iggy Ramos said. “Teriyaki Pork Ribs in RACKS and Shinjuku Sakura Tendon in Tenya are two examples of innovative dishes that we like to introduce to our customers until end of this May. This way, they’d always have something to await as we pique their appetites with delight,” he added.

We were served with delicious appetizers from both restaurants and unlimited drinks as we waited for the program to start. After which, we witnessed the symbolic firing up of the grill and the turnover of the classic tendon before the unveiling of both restaurants. We were delighted with great food and music as we enjoyed the relaxed ambiance of both restaurants indoor. For a more laid back vibe, customers can opt to have their meals outdoors as well.

RACKS and TENYA are located at the Level 1 Seaside Boulevard North Wing Entertainment Mall, SM Mall of Asia. It is can be easily found, as it is quite near the MOA Eye.
