Here are the books that I bought in the last 3 weeks. It’s SALE time at National Book Store and I couldn’t get more overwhelmed.

Two weeks ago, it’s Princess Diaries 9 and Valentine Princess (also a Princess Diaries book).

Last week, it’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Eat. Pray. Love.

Today, I got so excited with the P79.25 each classics – Oliver Twist, Pride and Prejudice, Little Women, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Adventures of Tom Sawyer, Fairytales and The Secret Garden – stories that are really close to my heart. And also, been wanting to buy Angela’s Ashes since I can’t even remember when.

I’m really book crazy. I know for a fact how every other book (almost) in this world are already available online as an E-Book. But that doesn’t satisfy me. I really love that smell of a new book and tearing up that plastic cover and removing the price tag. I really love how my eyes brighten when I find a good book in one of the shelves in the book store. For me, it’s the most amazing feeling ever (well next to loving and being loved by your special someone).

I love how I fell asleep at night reading a certain book and waking up with the book on my head’s upper right side and my finger stuck in it as a bookmark (marking the page where I stopped reading). I love how when I read a book, images of the story floats in my mind -Imagination Alive!. And most of all, I love how I put myself in the shoes of the protagonist or my favorite character in the book, thinking that I’m that person (especially that of Princess Mia!)

So I’m sorry credit card, you will be used again tomorrow or on Sunday for my last hirit for this book sale. Make me happy!
