#RoarBack with Tiger Balm

It comes with age ano? The variety of pain relief that we have on stock on our dresser shelf keeps on multiplying by the minute. You know how sometimes, one works on you and then the next it doesn’t.. like it’s happening in a cycle? I’ve always encounter that. I’m sure you do too. But there is this one that has always #WorkWhereItHurts – Tiger Balm.

Simple things give me body pain like back aches from washing the dishes, leg pains even just by going up and down the stairs a couple of times a day, since our unit is on the third floor, shoulder pain from carrying stuff, and now that I’ve been trying to work out, the pain is just really excruciating but with Tiger Balm, I’m always ready to roar back, right after.

Tiger Balm

It has ingredients such as natural camphor, menthol, and oils derived from mint, cajuput (similar to eucalyptus), and cloves.

Did you know how exactly do you use the red and white ointments? Tiger Balm Ointments soothes your tired muscles and helps relive muscular aches and pains. Usually, the white ointment is used for pain from head to chest, while the red ointment is used from the chest and below. But did you know that you can use the red ointment to warm up your muscles before you exercise and the white ointment will ease the soreness after your work out. I wish I’ve knew that a couple of days ago, when I started working out again. since it has been ages since I’ve worked out, it gave me body pain. Plus points is the cinnamon scent that it gives off.

Coco loves the great outdoors. He would run and run and run wild in an open space, most boymoms would understand! Since I wouldn’t be so sure of what the surroundings would be like, I always have a bottle of mosquito repellent and a pack of patch with me and that happens more especially when there is a Dengue outbreak. I just recently that I found out that Tiger Balm has their own Mosquito Repellent Spray and Mosquito Repellent Patch line and you know it is perfect with their ointments that relieves the itchiness, right?
