Here’s my creamy chicken ala king flower cups that I made for the very first time.
Slices of loaf bread
1/2 cup butter
1 cup mixed veggies
2 pieces chicken breast, chopped small
1/2 cup Alaska Classic Evaporated Filled milk
1/2 cup All purpose cream
1 egg yolk
1/3 cup red bell pepper
1 cup button mushroom
1/4 cup flour
1/3 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup quickmelt cheese
Salt and Pepper
1. Brush the bread with melted butter and press into the muffin pan. Heat in the oven for 5 minutes at 200C.
2. Heat pan with butter and sauté chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mixed vegetables, mushroom, red bell pepper, chicken broth, egg yolk, Alaska Evaporated Milk and All purpose cream. Add flour and mix until you get the consistency that you want. Add cheddar cheese.
3. Fill the bread cups with chicken ala king and top with quick melt cheese. Bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
